TIPS FOR RESELLERS

STAFF TRAINING

We have found that sales staff who have received training about Sootheze products are much better prepared to answer customer questions and make the sale. We suggest staff have knowledge of the following:

* general heat, cold and aroma therapy practices and benefits

* some of the herbs in Sootheze products and how they are used in aromatherapy

* knowledge that flaxseed holds heat and cold better than traditional ice and heat pads

* how to warm or cool Sootheze products

* ideas for how to use the products and an understanding that Sootheze items make excellent gifts for a variety of holidays and are also perfect for special personal occasions such as anniversaries, weddings, birthdays, and new mums.

MERCHANDISE DISPLAYS

Sootheze products are really fun to organize in displays. Each Toasty Bear & Friend has its own personality, and they can be placed in different poses to enhance their characters and catch a customer’s attention. In addition, they make your store smell nice and add classic and colorful decorating accents. Sootheze products sell best when customers can touch them and experience the heat, cold and aromatherapy for themselves.

Heat a Toasty Bear or other stuffed animal in the microwave at the beginning of a shift or place on a heating pad and place it by the register or where customers will have easy access.

Encourage staff to use the products while going about their daily activities. Customers are sure to ask questions and the employees will enjoy the therapeutic features.

Sootheze product group displays are great and you can mix the different animals for a colorful arrangement.
